There is no requirement to act on the findings, and no pressure to switch provider. The aim is simply to give you an accurate picture of your current position.

Is the tech check genuinely free?

Yes, completely. There is no charge for the tech check and no obligation to make any changes or switch to Marstons Telecoms as a result. We offer it because the majority of businesses we review are overpaying, on out-of-term contracts, or running technology that is no longer fit for purpose – and in those cases, the findings often lead to a natural conversation about what we can do. But the review itself is at no cost and commits you to nothing.

What does a telecoms audit actually cover?

A Marstons Telecoms tech check typically covers your broadband and connectivity contracts, your phone system – including whether it is compliant with the PSTN switch-off deadline of 31 January 2027 – your mobile contracts and device management, any hardware in scope, and your current costs versus market rate. Where we identify savings or risks, we set them out clearly in writing so you can make an informed decision. How long does a tech check take?

For larger or multi-site businesses, the process may take a couple days after a site visit and receiving your current bills and contract details. However, many can be completed same day or where a physical site visit is needed, very soon after.
